As I’ve mentioned, using Push is super flexible not just because of the control you get over Live, but the way you can construct chords and melodies once you learn a few basic shapes.
This tutorial goes over the use of 3 note or “triad” chords, which are diatonic or “in key”. This means once you learn them, you can quickly move between scales and keys playing the same exact shapes as long as you have put in “in key” mode. It allows Push to be a very powerful tool because you don’t have to so much think of the notes and keys, you can just focus on the shapes.
